INTRO
Αυτό το φθινόπωρο ταξιδεύουμε βαθιά στην καρδιά της Πίνδου, στον Ασπροπόταμο και την Αθαμανία, για ένα τριήμερο γεμάτο άγρια τοπία, παγωμένα νερά, μυστηριώδη φαράγγια και καταρράκτες που μοιάζουν να έχουν βγει από θρύλο. Από το εντυπωσιακό Στενό της Αθαμανίας μέχρι τον επιβλητικό Μαντάνι του Δαίμονα, ετοιμαζόμαστε για μια πραγματική COMBO INTO THE WILD περιπέτεια!
Η ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ
Θα αφήσουμε για λίγο πίσω την καθημερινότητα και θα ακολουθήσουμε τον ρυθμό του νερού. Θα περπατήσουμε μέσα σε ποτάμια, θα βραχούμε, θα εξερευνήσουμε άγρια φαράγγια και θα ανακαλύψουμε καταρράκτες κρυμμένους μέσα στην καρδιά της Πίνδου. Θα αφήσουμε τα μονοπάτια για λίγο στην άκρη και θα κινηθούμε εκεί όπου το νερό γίνεται ο δρόμος μας.
Δεν χρειάζεται να είσαι έμπειρος πεζοπόρος ή εξερευνητής. Χρειάζεται μόνο διάθεση για περιπέτεια, ένα μαγιό, ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια ποταμού και την προθυμία να αφήσεις τη φύση να σε παρασύρει. Να γελάσεις, να βραχείς, να κάνεις μια βουτιά στα παγωμένα νερά και να μοιραστείς με την παρέα εκείνες τις στιγμές που δεν σχεδιάζονται.
Για τρεις ημέρες, η καθημερινότητα θα μείνει πίσω και πρωταγωνιστές θα γίνουν το νερό, τα βουνά, οι άνθρωποι και η παρέα. Από το Στενό της Αθαμανίας μέχρι τον Μαντάνι του Δαίμονα, θα ανακαλύψουμε μια πλευρά της Πίνδου που δεν βλέπεις απλώς. Τη διασχίζεις, τη ζεις και τη θυμάσαι.
Αυτό δεν είναι απλώς μια εκδρομή. Είναι μια μικρή επιστροφή στην άγρια φύση - εκεί όπου το νερό γίνεται μονοπάτι, η παρέα γίνεται περιπέτεια και κάθε βουτιά μια ιστορία που θα διηγούμαστε ξανά.

Saturday 12 SeptemberDeparture for Evrytania & Mikro Pantavrechi
We leave the city behind and set off for one of the most watery destinations in Greece.
As we approach Evrytania, the landscapes become increasingly wild. Dense fir forests, deep ravines and rapid rivers prepare us for a two-day trip full of water, nature and adventure!

🥾 Hiking in Mikro Pantavrechi
Just before noon we arrive at the picturesque village of Tornos, where our first exploration begins.
The path follows the stream through a dense fir forest, plane trees and lush greenery. As we move forward, the sound of the water grows louder and the gorge narrows, until one of the best-kept secrets of Evrytania is revealed before us.
Mikro Pantavrechi.
A natural setting where water gushes through the rocks and falls non-stop, creating a real natural rain. We will have time to explore the gorge, take photos, cool off in the crystal clear waters and enjoy a place that few know about.

📏 Distance: 7 km (circular route, back and forth)

🥾 Difficulty: 1 (easy hike, suitable for those with basic fitness)
💧 Highlight: One of the most hidden natural paradises of Evrytania, where water creates a permanent natural "rain" in the heart of the forest.
🏕️ Combo River Camp
After the hike, we transfer to Prodromos, where we hand over our equipment to the local vehicle that will transport it to Combo River Camp, next to Krikelopotamos.
We set up our tents under the plane trees and enjoy our first dips in the icy waters of the river.
In the evening, good food, wine, conversation, laughter and the most beautiful soundtrack a camp could have awaits us:

Day 2
Sunday 13 September💦 River Trekking | The authentic crossing of Pantavrechi
We wake up next to Krikelopotamos, with the sound of water replacing every alarm clock.
After our morning coffee and breakfast at the camp, we pack our equipment and set off for the big moment of the two-day trip.
Today we don't just follow a path.
Today the river itself becomes our path.
From the Stournara Bridge, the authentic crossing of the legendary Pantavrechi begins. We will move through the bed of Krikeliotis, passing under impressive waterfalls, natural water curtains and narrow passages where water falls non-stop from the rocks, creating the feeling that it is raining constantly.
In several places the river deepens and we will need to swim short distances in crystal clear troughs. That's why we move with clothes and shoes that will get wet, while the necessary personal belongings are transported in waterproof bags.
After about four and a half hours of exploration, we exit the gorge at the Prodromos Bridge, completing one of the most unique river trekking routes in Greece.
There, the vehicles will be waiting for us for the short transfer back to the ComboBus, having just lived an experience that is difficult to describe in words.
